Participating in group therapy can be a rewarding experience. Hearing the stories of others may help alleviate feelings of isolation and confirm that you are not alone in the struggle. At the Collaborative Center, participants provide peer-support, benefit from clinical guidance, and engage in expressive therapy to support an integrated healing process . We offer several on-site support groups, which focus on recovery, healthy lifestyles, and anger management.


Group Therapy Schedule

ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES

MEN'S SESSIONS THURS. 6:00-7:00 PM

WOMEN'S SESSIONS WED. 4:00-5:00 PM

Anger management classes meet one hour per week for six weeks, are facilitated by experienced counselors, and focus on: understanding anger, defining healthy vs. unhealthy anger, identifying personal anger triggers, and learning healthy alternatives for coping with anger and other emotions.
